Creating a build Directory(PVP, PVE)
I know this idea has been thrown around in the forums. The ability to save builds that you have created and change them on a fly. This would be a great addition to speed up pregame play when you are waiting for a player to change there skills and attribute points to a certain build. One example is a monk that was using a protective monk build could change into a healing monk with a couple clicks of the mouse.
Tell me what you think about this?

This would be so nice and very useful since the removal of the refund system on attributes recently.

I'de also like to see it where you could just open a menu or something to cahnge what unlocked runes your PvP character has in their armor. Most of us know how annoying it is to either have to remake a character or buy a new rune just to make a build of the same exact class.

If anet don't want to eat up their server, how about making the builds stored as file, locally on the computer?

Since its just a set of choices, it can easily be stored locally. IF it's stored as a human-readable file, you can even make your builds, post them on forums, and edit them without needing to boot up GW and go through the char creation menus. Characters are obviously checked server-side for correctness (otherwise a client-side hack can create cheat characters even now) so it wouldnt cause any problems.
